1. Shipping is free for all orders to be delivered in India. COD charges of Rs.350 will be applied.

2. COD orders will be verified by SMS/WhatssApp/Call and only after 10% advance the order will be processed.

3. Merchandise will be dispatched between 15-20 working days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order.

4. Order will delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

5. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order two times over a period of four working days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to us. In such cases, you will be given store credit or will have to bear the cost of re-shipment.

6. Delays owing to weather, strikes, delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, we will always communicate the status to you.

7. We do not accept returns, however, in case of incorrect size, we will be able to offer a one-time free alteration. Customer to bear the return courier cost.

Slight difference in colours is possible due to lighting and photography. In rare case of non-availability of the same trims, closest alternate will be used.
