Exchange

In case the item(s) in your purchase is damaged or is different from what you ordered, we are happy to offer an exchange with a new piece. We also offer a one-time free alteration. The exchange must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order, and the item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and retaining the original tags & packaging. You will need to ship it to our address A-43 First Floor, Zamrudpur, Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi 110048.

The new product will be dispatched within 12 days or unless mentioned.

We do not offer an exchange or refund if the product has been customised according to your needs.

Damages and issues

Though all our orders are discpatched after a thorough QC, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

After it qualifies our internal quality check, we shall notify you of the delivery timelines and send the replacement as soon as possible.
