1. COD orders will be verified by SMS/WhatsApp/Call and only after 10% advance the order will be processed.
2. Shipping is free for all prepaid orders to be delivered in India. 3.5% COD charges will be applied.
3. Merchandise will be dispatched between 15-20 working days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order. In case you need it to be delivered sooner, please connect with us on WhatsApp before placing the order.
4. Order will be delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch. COD orders can take longer as they go through COD processing centres.
5. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order three times over a period of four working days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to us. In such cases, you will be given store credit or will have to bear the cost of re-shipment.
6. Delays owing to weather, strikes, delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, we will always communicate the status to you.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchange. Since everything is made to order you can share your measurements. However, in case of sizing issue, we will offer a one-time free alteration. Customer to bear the return courier cost.
